Each of the four Gospels focuses on different aspects of Jesus’ ministry and teaching. The Gospel of Luke is known as the Gospel of the Poor, the Gospel of Women and the Gospel of the Holy Spirit. Why did Luke choose to highlight the importance of poor people and women, when both were considered inferior and on the margins of society? Why is so much more importance attached to the Holy Spirit in Luke and the Acts of the Apostles than the other Gospels? Join us as we discuss these important themes in the Gospel of Luke.
